This week Four Seasons wanted to give your feet a break from walking and let you experience our homes from right where you are. The subdivision includes a clubhouse, tennis courts, boat dock & ramp, and access to the Rocky Mount Reservoir . This is the Avon II Floor Plan 2137 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large bonus and office upstairs, screened in back porch and a massive fenced in backyard.
Also in Waterstone is our next home; 6427 Venice Ct.- The Anderson Floor Plan 2280 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, screened in back porch. The fourth bedroom in this home is the only room upstairs and is ready to be used as a bedroom, office, bonus, or exercise space!
In our next set of homes we are going over to The Landing at Cooper Fields, located in Nashville right off of 64. The Landing has been a very successful and highly sought out place to live, as it is right next to Nashville shopping and ten minutes away from Rocky Mount.
The first home at The Landing is 1861 Blue Heron Dr. –The Bell floor plan 2137 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and blinds included. Built in 2012 this home has been kept as if brand-new and is the perfect chance to get into The Landing at a great price. The master suite is the on the first floor and an office and laundry room.
The last subdivision we are going to next is Spring Forest- located in the heart of Rocky Mount; it is the perfect mix between being in reach of everything the city provides but with the quaintness of a quiet neighborhood.
