This week Four Seasons wanted to give your feet a break from walking and let you experience our homes from right where you are. Showing all of our houses in one day would be tiring for you and us both, so why not here? Enjoy!

First home of the tour is 6273 Venice Ct. – Located in The Waterstone Subdivision

The subdivision includes a clubhouse, tennis courts,  boat dock & ramp, and access to the Rocky Mount Reservoir . This is the Avon II Floor Plan 2137 sq. ft.  with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large bonus and office upstairs, screened in back porch and a massive fenced in backyard.

In our next set of homes we are going over to The Landing at Cooper Fields, located in Nashville right off of 64. The Landing has been a very successful and highly sought out place to live, as it is right next to Nashville shopping and ten minutes away from Rocky Mount.

Spring Forest

Looking for a little peace and quiet without living out in the country? Welcome, welcome to Tharrington Way! This is one of my favorite neighborhoods. When you drive from any direction, you get to experience the little rolling hills of Nash County that are surprising to anyone not from here, with farmlands and trees and beautiful homes, driving out here just feels like home to me. So fitting perfectly into that scene is 3389 Buffaloe Ridge Ct. This home is set back off the road and has a large backyard with a tree line around the back, offering privacy, and keeping you in touch with nature.

Walking into this home you will immediately fall in love with this house plan. A formal dining room is set to the front of the house that could be used for a dining room, a sitting room, or office with this gorgeous chandelier. 

A large island looks over the living area and serves as a great work place with functional storage. You may have been trying to improve our lighting game, and we believe this house was a success! So please share this post if you agree :-)
